    Following the completion of the course there will be a 2-4 week lead time for certificates to be despatched to delegates. There is no recourse for a Statement in Lieu during this lead time due to the requirement for IOSH to independently grade each assessment paper.
    The process following course completion is as follows;

    1. Delegates complete an assignment at the end of the course
    2. Trainer marks the assignments within a 2 week deadline.
    3. Once marked results are submitted to IOSH
    4. Certificates are received from IOSH and are forwarded on to the customer.

    How the Training Works

    The course is classroom-based using practical workplace examples and discussions to help delegates understand common hazards, their responsibilities and how they can contribute to safer working practices.

    Q8. Is lunch provided during the course?
    Lunch is not provided so delegates are advised to bring their own lunch or make use of nearby facilities. Training centres are equipped with a kettle, microwave and fridge if needed.

    Q9. What should I bring on the day? 
    Please bring photo ID and wear comfortable workwear, particularly as you may be sitting for extended periods. Some venues may require PPE; details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

    Most of our training venues offer free on-site parking, although spaces may be limited. You’ll receive full parking details once your booking is confirmed. Alternatively, you can check the parking availability at your chosen venue by visiting our Training Centres page.
